REPO-2090 - Service Pack: MNT-16882: CMIS does not detect text encoding correctly

Added a test that creates two files with the specific encoding using the multipart upload (POST nodes/{nodeId}/children}, then using the get on the node (GET nodes/{nodeId}) we verify the encoding (content type).
