Script fixes after merges

- DB2 creates alf_node_properties with BLOB
 - Moved patch script into dbscripts/upgrade
 - Fixed path for patch AlfrescoPostCreate-JBPM-Extra.sql (was AlfrescoPostCreate-3.3-JBPM-Extra.sql)
