. Tree Navigator performance improvement

- explicit txns around multiple nodeservice calls and internal (permission check free) nodeservice to retrieve node names
 - 25% improvement to retrieving node lists
. Permission code hotspot tuning and nodeservice methods ACL configuration tuning
