17808: Part 3 of SpringSurf integration - RemoteAPI, Web-Client, Mobile and DOD5015 java code refactored to use SpringSurf Webscripts libraries, removed dependancies on existing WebScriptFramework project.
17812: Removed web-framework and webscript-framework projects. Updated build scripts to use SpringSurf dependencies for remote API and client projects and also removal of wf and wsf projects from builds.
17818: Various Spring app context and config changes to integration SpringSurf at the RemoteAPI and Web-Client project level.

- ported xforms javascript codebase to mootools. mostly complete - a few dangling effects and dom manipulation functions still use dojo. these should be removed at which point it will no longer be necessary to load dojo.js which should save a second or so on load time. a few of the date widgets and slider still use dojo widgets. this can probably stay as dojo can be loaded only if those widgets are used.
- performance tuning of xforms js codebase. about %40 improvement in load time for large forms with lots of widgets.
- switching wizards into almost standards compliance mode so that things will lay out properly in IE.
- lots of layout cleanup and off by pixel issues, particularly for IE.
- putting in an uncompressed version of mootools which includes some libraries needed by xforms - particularly all native objects, Element.Event, Window.DomReady, XHR and Ajax. at some point dojo effects should likely be replaced with those in mootools.

TODO: Fix the "Modify Content Properties" to include the encoding as a changeable option.
Modified other entry points of content into the system. All calls to ContentWriter.setEncoding("UTF-8") need some serious examination.
It is no longer necessary to assume anything about the encoding. The worst case scenario is that we guess the encoding from the stream
without giving the user the chance to change it. This works for most non-interactive scenarios like CIFS, WebDAV and FTP, now.

Added new aspect definition to support Webscript custom views.
Web context path (i.e. /alfresco) is now automatically prefixed onto webscript urls specified in JSF runtimes.
Modified the existing webscript dashlet JSPs to remove the hardcoded /alfresco path.

- this component is generally used to render FreeMarker templates directly to the page - particularly useful for Dashlet pages
- now supports an additional attribute 'templatePath' which should be set to a cm:name based path to a template for rendering
- For example the simplest portable dashlet JSP page to render a template would look like this:

- commented examples are included in the config, I will write up a Wiki page to document it properly :)
- Named groups of actions can also be reused across screens (where as previously individual ActionLink components had to be coded up for each screen by hand in the JSP)
- Individual Actions can be reused across action groups or defined against a specific action group
- UI actions for Browse (Create, More, Document and Space actions), Document and Space details pages now externalised into config
- Refactoring of other JSPs to use externalised config - big reduction in hand coded JSF tags and code duplication between pages
. Document Details and Space Details pages now have Actions panel on the right hand side instead of an Actions drop-down menu
. Several unreported minor bugs fixed where actions conditions or listeners were inconsistent between browse and details pages
