9aef9620ad Adding generic params to FilterFormProcessor and associated classes. Now the type of object being processed by the form processor is statically types at compile time. 
The Filter interface uses the same generic params, ensuring that a filter can only be assigned to a FormProcessor if it handles the correct item type.

cedcc20a4c MOB-1208 & MOB-1214: Form customisation improvements, generated form UI model now creates a 'map' of fields so that they can be directly accessed in custom templates (this provides the groundwork required to fix the RM record metadata screen). Default controls mapping have dropped the "d:" prefix as this is a repo detail and should be generic.

5162e3e2e5 - Changed generation of unique identifier, no longer appears as a field on the create screens, instead gets generated after the node is persisted, the identifier is then generated using the same algorithm as used for records i.e. year-<pad0><node-dbid>. The idenifier still appears on the edit screen so can be changed if desired. 
- Moved the StreamArchive webscript implementation to remote API project so it can be re-used by other non RM webscripts
- Added skeleton for transfer REST API

b6c306dbf1 Another step towards completion of MOB-1188. Metadata of RM container types is now grouped when viewing and editing. All built in RM fields are grouped together (albeit in a semi-random order), all RM custom fields are grouped together at the bottom and all other 'general' metadata will be grouped together at the top. 
NOTE: Custom RM metadata can still be missing if you're viewing a node created before the custom property was defined.

71b03eb014 Completion of MOB-1036: RM Form Filter. The form filter now retrieves any custom properties defined for the RM type being requested and adds their definition to the form. Updated the 'create' form config to use the 'hide' approach i.e. all fields are displayed except those explicitly hidden in the config, meaning all custom RM properties are displayed.

7d43509474 Part 1 of MOB-1036. Added form processor filter to intercept the requests for create forms for the records management container types i.e. series, category & folder. The filter adds a default value to the rma:identifier property so the 'Identifer' field in the create dialogs has a pre-populated default (a GUID for now).

4ed7957b63 Last refactor of forms API before Labs release - FieldConstraints API now receives and returns a Map<String, Object> rather than Map<String, String>, a method to return the parameters as JSON has also been added and is used in the REST API. This means that parameters go all the way to client side validation handlers in their native form.

0decb3ceb0 Completed MOB-876: Period control (based on new d:period data type) 
- Removed temporary period control from DOD project
- Added proper period control based on new d:period type

966201871c FormService improvements 
- A 'dataKeyName' property has been added to the field definition to point to the corresponding data
- FormProcessors can now return a submission url to use on the client
- FormProcessors are now responsible for returning a sensible URL to represent the 'item' being processed
- Updated all affected tests

3312360b0c - Added temporary support for repeating string properties (probably covers 80% of use cases) for use until rich UI appears in TB2 
- Added hidden convenience target called "run-forms-engine-tests" which runs all tests for the forms engine (NOTE: The individual tests do not fail the build if a test fails so be vigilent if using)

b64489e53a - Added support for 'LIST' constraint type, now if a property that has this constraint is shown on a form a drop down list of the allowable values is rendered 
- Added new generic 'select' control which given a list of values renders a drop down menu

2e94b28d01 Added client and server side support for transient properties 
- As long as a template for a control is configured fields without a definition can now be displayed
 - Added 3 well known transient properties; mimetype, encoding and size (these are similar to the propertyResolvers we had in the JSF client)
 - Added explicit persistence handling for the new transient properties, the name property and adds aspect if title/description and/or author property is present
 - Added saveForm test
