- Large file uploads now correctly streamed through web-tier (replaced Sun HTTPClient impl with Apache impl that fully supports streaming of multi-part form content).
- Fix to repository WebScripts framework to not load multi-part form file content into memory (i.e. to fix repo side)
- Improvements to web-tier script execution performance as per CHK-5509 and some recent research into runtime compiling of Rhino scripts.

This allows script developers to search other stores such as the new SiteStore.
NOTE: some script writers were trying to use the public Sping bean setter method on the Search object called setStoreUrl() as a hack to do this previously - that technique is NOT thread safe and should not be used - that mechanism has now been blocked by the bean and will throw an exception.

Rewrite of the bizare IProxy code in the javascript debugger class - which in turn fixes the bug ALFCOM-1743 where closing the JavaScript debugger window would have caused all future JavaScripts to block until the server was restarted.
