The set of default fields for each type of form processor has been updated, default node and type forms now don't return the 'sys' properties previously seen, a default task form no longer returns the identifier field and a default workflow form no longer returns the task level description, priority and due date fields.
Also completed a coding standards and comments sweep across all forms code.

Added a transient "message" property to the TaskFormProcessor, this returns the default (No Message) value if the user did not enter a description when starting the workflow.
Changed all task forms to use the new "message" property instead of bpm:description.

The pooled and parallel workflow definitions are now enabled by default, all corresponding form configuration for the start tasks and other task types are also defined, some tweaking may be need after review from Linton.
Fixed a potential NPE when transition id's are returned as null. Log warnings added to the task type config evaluator when the type can not be retrieved, which gives an indication as to why forms display all the default fields rather than the configured ones.
Changed process definitions to use a consistent ordering for the Approve and Reject transitions.

This commit contains all the re-factoring Nick has been doing to make the form processor mechansim more flexible for form filter developers and more importantly to make it easier to add additional form processor implementations, in particular the TaskFormProcessor and WorkflowFormProcessor.
A field processor mechanism has also been introduced, this allows the processing of fields to be handled outside of the form processor and means common field handling code can be reused across different form processors. The field processors are also pluggable via Spring config so it's easy for customers to add their own or replace/override ours.
We have run numerous tests (unit and manual UI) and all seems well but as with any change of this size there maybe some edge cases that get missed so please let one of us know if you see any strange behaviour.

WorkflowFormProcessor now also accepts 'package items' and starts the workflow with them, still limited in functionality (only description is read) as this implementation will be replaced shortly with an implementation based on the new re-factored form processors.

An item kind of "workflow" and itemId of "<workflow-def-name>" are now supported (only "jbpm$wf:adhoc" works though at the moment). Showing the form, selecting an assignee and submitting the form will start the ad hoc workflow and create a task for the selected assignee.
NOTE: Support for 'packageItems' is not present yet.

Was actually caused by an underlying change to the type of ContentData object being returned, an explicit method has now been added to ContentData to retrieve the data required by the forms service rather than (wrongly) relying on the format of toString().

Pending further work on these failings, I am disabling those transformations in test code whilst leaving them available in the product code. This is because in the wild a different OOo version may succeed with these transformations.
I had previously explicitly disabled 3 transformations in the product and I am moving that restriction from product to test code for the same reason.

because it can't assume that a new content URL indicates a new underlying binary.
- The contentUrlConverter was creating new URLs and thus the low-level DAO cleaned up
live content when retrying collisions took place. The cleanup is no longer on the stack
