- sharing email for a person is now first taken from the googleusername property on the person object, if thisn't set it falls back to the user's email
- if google rejects the email (with a server error) when setting the permissions on a document, this no longer rolls back the transaction, but logs the error instead

Added AlfrescoUser object, to be responsible for persisting changes to User Profile.
Added concept of ThreadLocalRequestContext - similar to FacesContext in that it has a static accessor method to retrieve the "current" instance.
Removal of 'alfresco-system' endpoint from web-framework and replaced usage with 'alfresco' endpoint:
- removes the need for admin user detailed to be stored in web-framework config files (!) and being constantly transmitted between tiers
- refactored appropriate webscripts to accept non-admin authentication but added code checks to ensure non-admin users can only bring back meta-data about themselves
- refactored AVMRemoteStore and RemoteStore client to use authenticated endpoint rather than system admin authentication driven endpoint
- this also reduces the the traffic between tiers and vastly reduces the number of login tickets requested
Added open HTTP endpoint - for use by RSS feed components etc. that point to any website feed - configured as 'unsecure' endpoint so purposely cannot be accessed via proxy URLs.

The in-transaction work has to align with the work that will be done by the actual background archival,
but node archival doesn't fully support all model constructs and associated behaviour.
Instead of continuing to hack away at each issue that comes up, a complete archive rethink is in order.

The node is renamed and hidden from FileFolderService clients. A background task then performs the archival.
A bootstrap component ensures that failed archivals are picked up again.
Found a bug with the status of nodes archived as part of a hierarchy not being updated correctly.

Added new aspect definition to support Webscript custom views.
Web context path (i.e. /alfresco) is now automatically prefixed onto webscript urls specified in JSF runtimes.
Modified the existing webscript dashlet JSPs to remove the hardcoded /alfresco path.

- All WCM application specific model constants have been renamed/moved from ContentModel/WCMModel to a new model constants class WCMAppModel
- The mix of WCM application specific model definitions in contentModel.xml and applicationModel.xml has been moved to a new definition file wcmAppModel.xml
- A patch is not required for standard Alfresco as only WCM definitions have actually changed

- first pass at starting the workflow from create content. i'm able to start a workflow with parameters collected by the create website wizard. however, i'm not able to associate files with the workflow yet due to some problems with the workflowservice. i'll wait until word from britt or dave before continuing on this.
- making usage of workflowdefinition.id the key for workflows across the model since getWorkflowDefinitionByName isn't as reliable as getWorkflowdefinitionById for some reason
- adding FormProcessor back in; looks like it got removed in a merge.
- fixing localized strings in configure rendering engines

Workflow packages. It's hooked up to the sumbit single file action in
the top level website screen in an exceedingly awkard way. The UI
doesn't complain about anything, nor does it display the contents of
the package.

- Added initial definition of permissions/roles for ContentManager, ContentPublisher, ContentContributor and ContentReviewer
- Create Website wizard shows only the rules defined for the avm webfolder type
- Create Website wizard now creates appropriate child associations for user roles
- User roles displayed in the website browse screen next to the user names

- Create Website Wizard now creates the appropriate structure of stores and layers for a website
- A website has a sandbox comprising of a staging area and a preview area layered ontop of that
- Each user has a sandbox comprising of a main area (layered ontop of the staging area) and a preview area layered ontop of that
- Added store level meta-data to tag the website stores with appropriate DNS names and markers for sandbox-id and sandbox types
. AVM "reallybad.jsp" demo page renamed to avm.jsp with a few UI tweaks for easier command input etc.
- removed the terrible.html as no longer required - just launch avm.jsp directly

cm:avmcontent and cm:avmfolder are 'abstract'. cm:avmplaincontent is derived
from cm:avmcontent and is just a plain file. cm:avmlayeredcontent is derived
from cm:avmcontent and is (surprise) a layered file and has a d:noderef mandatory
property, cm:avmfileindirection, that is the (possibly non-existent) file that
the layered file is transparent to. cm:avmplainfolder is derived from
cm:avmfolder and is just a plain directory. cm:avmlayeredfolder is a layered
directory and has a property, cm:avmdirinderection, that is the (possibly
non-existent) directory that the layered directory is transparent to.

One can now create all four flavors of avm nodes through
AVMNodeService.createNode(). The advantage of using these over the
corresponding AVMService methods is that since (for now) AVMService, is
permission and indexing unaware.
Backed out cm:mounted aspect and dispatching code in DbNodeServiceImpl.
(Dave and Derek, you may now relax) as we are implementing the UI with
AVM dedicated screens.
Finally, beginning interface for AVM node tree synchronization and comparison.
