The solution here was to move the various 'quick' files from test-resources into config.
I also needed to refactor the TransformerDebug class (called by the MBean operation) so that
it dealt with URLs of quick files rather than java.io.Files of quickfiles.
The various quick resources are available as entried in the repository jar file rather than being actual files on the filesystem.

Property names have not been changed, but currently 'content-services-context.xml/extracter.Poi/poiAllowableXslfRelationshipTypes=null' does not lead to 'content.transformer.Poi.poiExtractPropertiesOnly=false'. I. e., this list may be empty. 'PoiMetadataExtracterTest' test has been modified in accordance with the introduced changes. 'poi-OOXML-3.9-beta1-20121109.jar' has been renamed to 'poi-OOXML-3.9-beta1-20121109-patched.jar'
