a49ac713cd Fixes for AR-1940. Extension was being lost and defaulting back to ".doc" which meant webdav links were being built incorrectly for Excel and PowerPoint.

9d1f65e8b3 OfficeAddin - client updates to prompt for filename if none set on the current document. Web script updates to support filename prompt, also order tasks by due date

4202d686f4 Point check-in of the Office 2003 Add-in. Currently only Word has been developed - Excel is just a bare framework. To test, use installer provided in AlfrescoWord2003Setup\Debug and check the README in the templates folder.
