8be9a5fc22 Fix for http://issues.alfresco.com/browse/AWC-1280 and UBS issue with refreshing Task list dashlets in MyAlfresco page when returning from command servlet. 
Added new attribute to UIRichList component "refreshOnBind" which if set true forces the component to always get new data during the render phase.

3e753394cf Webscript URLs now supported in the Custom View panel for the Browse, Space Details and Document Details screens. 
Added new aspect definition to support Webscript custom views.
Web context path (i.e. /alfresco) is now automatically prefixed onto webscript urls specified in JSF runtimes.
Modified the existing webscript dashlet JSPs to remove the hardcoded /alfresco path.

710ac5b727 externalizing widget config for xforms to xml 
- adding a utility method to ConfigElement to get a list of child config elements by name
- using JSONObject to generate js rendition of config
- adding a build script to build json.jar since json.org only distributes source
- adding a preview link for form instance data to create web content summary screen
- doing the full jsp2.0 thing with summary screen for create website, i have a hunch it will fix a websphere issue

156ff56ed9 MySpaces webscript now shows Ajax wait animation while loading inner panel area. 
Summary pop-up panel fade-out anim removed (improves user experience).
Reorg of broken action evaluator class hiearchy (after ML UI changes).
More fixes to ML UI (browse.jsp missing component IDs breaks screen when panels collapsed then expanded).
Code reorg in interceptors to help performance.

7644596c74 The Import dialog now allows ZIP file structure import into the repo from the web-client by any user with Write access to a folder - this is nice quick way for any user to import bulk data without using an FTP client or CIFS folder access. 
Import action moved to top-level in the main browse screen now it is useful on a day-to-day basis.
The 'import' repository action (ImporterActionExecuter) extended to support import of any zip flavour file.
More zip flavour filetypes added to mimetype map.
Improved debugging output added to BasePathResultsMap for xpaths executed in templates.

df32d0ddf1 adding support for wcm tinymce extensions to create html from web content wizard 
- extracted file picker backing code into its own bean
- refactoring for to extract file picker bean
- refactoring to manage uploads from file picker outside of xforms context
- added some language utility methods to common.js
- refactored extension dialogs to deal with quirkyness of tinymce dialog codebase on IE - mostly works now and addressed bug WCM-471
- resourcifying a couple strings i missed in filepickerbean

4ca29b11dc Implemented the various classes needed to create a new JSF based runtime for webscripts. Added a new JSF component that implements the webscript runtime and is capable of rendering the output from a webscript url. This means that webscripts can be used in JSF pages, such as new dashlets in the Dashboard. Added some example dashlets that expose the Document List, My Tasks and My Web Forms webscripts as dashlets.

9c3197d467 most of the way through making the wcm tinymce extensions available from create html. still need to address: 
- IE issues
- how to handle uploaded files from the create html context
- break out the filepicker backing code into its own bean (it's mingled into the XFormsBean at the moment)

also reorganizing and pruning the xforms unit test tree.

1b898fb23e checkpoint of xforms improvements 
- mostly functional hgroup implementation
- refactoring to support hgroups, make widgets behave better as inline elements
- figured out a way to get rid of dojo's inflight error watcher
- partial support for totalDigits (blocked by a dojo bug)
- improved support for length schema constraint
- refactoring of create widget code on the way to supporting config based on schema type, xform type, and appearance
- fix for silly bug in select workflow portion of create form wizard

4c8b0a596d MyFaces 1.1.5 offers improved performance (around 10-15% overall client performance improvement!) over 1.1.1. 
Dependant libraries also required upgrading:
commons-logging -> commons-logging-1.0.4
commons-beanutils-1.6.1 -> commons-beanutils-1.7.0
commons-collections-3.0 -> commons-collections-3.1
commons-digester-1.5 -> commons-digester-1.6

updated appropriate classpaths

note: all JSPs required global find-and-replace as form tag attribute 'acceptCharset' changed to 'acceptcharset'
