and what the baseline & latest versions were, as well as the number
of files and links checked in staging. Made LinkValidationAction
use the new apis, and annotated the source code so that it's obvious
what should be done to use the base & latest snapshot version info
(see "Gav TODO" within LinkValidationAction.java).

Mostly working with the webapp, but the webapp needs
to check for an null pointer to ensure that some
result is ready. Other more minor wrinkles exist,
such as capturing the number of files checked and
displaying the version validated; this may be different
from the latest snapshot if the validation gets behind
the checkins for a while.

A wrapper around AVMService which knows aboout locking. It works
by auto-locking on write operations or throwing an AVMLockingException
if the requested target is already locked to another user or to a
different store in a web project.
It is wired up as avmLockingAwareService, AVMLockingAwareService, and
indexingAVMLockingAwareService. It isn't hooked into anything
else yet.

The write streams are closed outside of the call to the service, so these will depend on the outer transaction's read/write state.
The ContentHitsAspect was firing in-transaction. This now queues the count increment to processing after the transaction completes.

Added APIs for link validation of links in staging and fetching
the results. Still only mocking things up by using HEAD
(rather than last snapshot), not doing incremental updates yet,
and ignoring the multi-threading arg to the update. However,
you can poll for progress via UpdateHrefInfoStatus & the APIs
for checking link status are probably usable as-is for some
GUI integration work. More to come.

Prep for delivering LinkValidationServcice API;
Ignore the API for now (it will evolve rapidly
over the next few days). The main thing going
on here is that now the Spring wiring is basically
right for presenting things as services & controlling
transaction boundaries. It's also possible to run
this outside of the Alfresco webapp, which makes
incremental compilation/testing much easier.

- The source store is implicitly snapshotted before deployment begins.
- The destination (remote) store is implicitly snapshotted before deployment begins
and again when the deployment is finished.
- This means that comparison of GUIDs on directories can be used to short circuit
the tree comparison.

- Deploying to a filesystem implicitly snapshots the source store.
This allows shortcutting the tree comparison for directories, because
guids on directories act as a deep modification indicator if deployments
are always from snapshots. Doh!
- I'll do this for alfresco -> alfresco deployment too.

make it suck back generated primary keys.
Restructured ListEntry so that most most gets are via Session.get() rather than by query.
Added new methods to AttributeService to handle ListAttribute specific operations.
Added a little more testing for AttributeService.
I'm praying that the build will be repaired, since my efforts having been doing
so much lately.

and the app still works.
Added new convenience target to common.xml, run-junit. It syntactically like
run-test but doesn't use the junit ant task, which has the unfortunate characteristic
of buffering stdout and stderr in memory. This may be fine in many cases but wreaks
havoc with memory use if you're test spews lots of diagnostics.

to using SSL when needed. Restructured exports of AVM specific apis to authenticate
remotely and pass the ticket with each remote service call. These required some changes
to jndi-client and even to the web-client which uses the AVM remote interface within
the Alfresco server. Oh, the point of this is that since I'm writing some CLTs, I might
as well do them correctly; we'll need the option of security sooner rather than later.
