04629bbf04 ALF-5060: Google Docs - Transformation failure 
- Fixed up working. but slightly incorrect download URL (was downloading as HTML instead of Word format hence the transformation was broken)
- Added download root URL to configuration
- Unit test to show bug fixed

And when getDispositionActionDefinition(String id) method is called it tries to retrieve the action from this map, if it hasn’t been found earlier.

d4a3467969 Fix for ALF-3580. pdf2swf fails to transform (for some inputs) 
As suggested, I've added the poly2bitmap option to the pdf2swf executable by default.
  This has a side-effect of negatively impacting the quality of embedded images.
  But subpixels=72 seems to fix that.

  I've put the new swf.encoder.params in a property so they can be altered by third parties without recompiling.

  The effect of this change is that most transformations seem unaffected, some formerly failing transformations now succeed and some formerly failing transformations now fail but take longer to fail. So there will be a performance impact for some transformations as the price of a greater success rate generally.

f9b7237eab ALF-2703: Incorrect folder sctructure is created in Google Docs 
If the transaction within which folders or documents are created within Google Docs fails then the created items will be rolledback as if part of the Alfresco transaction.  This prevents the behaviour reported in this issue.

3a8e5b4cfe GoogleDoc integration 
- sharing email for a person is now first taken from the googleusername property on the person object, if thisn't set it falls back to the user's email
  - if google rejects the email (with a server error) when setting the permissions on a document, this no longer rolls back the transaction, but logs the error instead
  - unit tests

c1a0dcfe46 Build fix - added test messages back - they are directly referenced in the AlfrescoRuntimeExceptionTest class. 
Added back the org.alfresco.i18n.ResourceBundleBootstrapComponent class - that just calls the SpringSurf version of the class, this should mean less (or no) config file changes for some custom module extensions moving from 3.2->3.3.

      - Converted to using RetryingTransactionHelper and avoid problems with nested transactionService
      - Will trigger LDAP sync if enabled
      - Also switched on disableNTLM in kerberos-authentication-context.xml to force Kerberos CIFS authentication in Kerberos subsystem

      - Now each authentication component logs every step of the authentication process (including reason for failure) if you switch on debug logging for that component or the entire org.alfresco.repo.security.authentication package. E.g.

   15196: Further LDAP sync performance improvements
      - Bunch user and group creations into small transactions (except for differential sync on login)
      - Run a differential sync on startup (so that bulk of users are not brought over on first login)
      - Can be disabled by synchronization.syncOnStartup property
   15135: Node creation / ACL performance improvements
      - When an ACL was set on a leaf node such as a person, redundant 'shared' ACLs were created for child nodes with getInheritedAccessControlList(), even though no child nodes existed.
      - Now setInheritanceForChildren() makes a 'lazy' call to getInheritedAccessControlList(), only when it realises there are child nodes
   15133: Changes to datasource definition for improved performance
      - Enable caching and reuse of prepared statements (by default 40 for each connection)
      - Removed custom-connection-pool-context.xml.sample and instead introduced complete property set into repository.properties
      - Updated v3.2 Wiki docs http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Database_Configuration#Overriding_the_Database_Connection_Properties

3421f84fdc Correct Active Directory Defaults to use simple authentication + UPNs (user@domain format) because these are more likely to work with AD out of the box (well they work with ours!)

ae065dbb7c Update Active Directory Defaults to use UPNs for authentication - these can be derived from the user ID and mean that you can log in and sync using simple authentication and no chaining.
