8aa69caee3 Performance tweaks for AVM Indexing. 
Removed calls to getXXXPaths().
Changed mappings of properties and aspects on AVM Nodes to
favor get all calls. 
Added getAspects() and getNodeProperties() which take
AVMNodeDescriptors.
Used these in AVM Indexing to reduce the number of redundant full lookups.

cf0685b7ef Change to mapping of AVM aspects. 
This seems to make indexing a bit quicker, and at least doesn't make other things
slower. Bulk import now just sucks; it used to be an order of magnitude suckier.
98% of that is due to Andy's recent changes.

d0d7e61fcd Rework of Layered path resolutions that make snapshots of stores containing layers 
actually capture the repository context at snapshot creation time. 
Gave ListEntry and MapEntry proper equals() and hashCode methods and backed out 
hibernate-cfg.properties changes.  Doh!  
Added cache configuration for AttributeService entities.
Did some warning removal in a few places.

be987843f5 Properly hooked up the on close callback for output streams to AVM Nodes. 
Got rid of a now superfluous setContentData() call, and now treat files
with no content url (yet) as having length 0.

06df2021c8 This changes the AVM service to use ContentService for storage. This gives us, 
in theory, AVM working underneath (more or less) NodeService and ContentService.

4ab5a046c2 Cleaned up a handful of uglinesses in moving AVM configuration into 
Alfresco app configuration, mostly related to getting testing to
work smoothly.  Also reworked OrphanReaper to be better behaved
and nominally more efficient.

1125926c90 Changed signature of AVMRepository.getAVMStoreByName() to get rid of 
unused and misleading parameter.  Fixed PlainFileNodeImpl copy from 
LayeredFileNode constructor so that properties will be correctly copied.
Switched out the GPL mysql driver that I had been inadvertantly using.

60cdda3f13 Renamed a few things. What used to be SuperRepository (kind of meaning free name 
wasn't it) is now AVMRepository.  What used to be Repository is now AVMStore as it
more closely matches what is meant by a store in Alfresco.  Many adjustments
in ancillary class names, references, and comments followed.

92a7348a43 Wasn't updating mod time in appropriate places. Fixed that. Rewrote Issuer

39728a6f86 Added the opacity bit to layered directories, and a method to set it. The opacity 
status is returned in AVMNodeDescriptors now. Basic test added.  Also restored
a bunch of commented out checks in a number of tests.
