It is possible that multiple database objects, e.g. indexes, match a given object as described in the schema reference file. This fix means that diffs will be provided against all the matching items, where previously only the first matching item was reported against.

The type parameters disappeared when viewing resulting javadoc and this made it look confusingly like the class is a shorthand for Map rather than Map of QName to Serializable as it actually is.

Columns now have a property to describe whether it has been defined as an auto-increment column, e.g. AUTO_INCREMENT for MySQL. The property is persisted in XML reference files, loaded from XML reference files and compared between schemas.
The MySQL reference file has been updated to include autoincrement values.

The differences and validation messages are hopefully improved, e.g:

Instead of the Differences being passed around on their own, the DiffContext is able to provide more information -- at present just the Dialect. The dialect can be used to change the way database objects are validated or differenced.

There's not much we can do here, beyond getting users to upgrade their OOo install.
I've added a catch clause that detects this problem and emits a slightly friendlier warning to the log.

This check-in adds a rollup property to hold the commentCount (fm:commentCount under fm:discussable).
It adds registered behaviours for fm:post deletion/creation that will decrement/increment the commentCount for the discussable ancestor node.
I've also added a new test class to test this rollup property. There was no existing test class at this level and indeed there is no
CommentService or DiscussionService. Instead the REST API of comment.put.desc.xml uses the ScriptNodeService to create the correct node structure.
Therefore the test code has had to do the same thing.
