8700e0698b ALF-11659: CLuster specific - Could not execute "Start Polled Review and Approve"script 
- added some logging capability into ScriptServiceImpl to see if we can catch the problem in the log file. To enable it, add this to log4j.properties:
      log4j.logger.org.alfresco.repo.processor.ScriptServiceImpl=warn

   However, the wait() code doesn't, in practice, get called because the waitForCompletion is synchronized with the run()
   and is called a while after the reading thread is triggered.  So the logic is less obscure and safer for the finally.

            To avoid this we changed DispositionScheduleImpl. Now it stores the action that has different name and ID (when action is create it name equals id) in a separate map. And when getDispositionActionDefinition(String id) method is called it tries to retrieve the action from this map, if it hasn’t been found earlier.

5401499003 Refactor of template and script services to allow easy addition of further template and script processors. 
Hightlights of check-in include:
- Introduction of script processor 
- Neutralisation of script and template models
- The notion of a processor extension introduced
- Extensions applied to processor implementation rather than the services
- Auto selection of processor based on file extension of template or script
