Added enhancement to TemporaryNodes rule to allow for dummy content.

More JUnit rules fun. Added a new rule to help with the creation and automatic cleanup of temporary test nodes.
Also refactored RatingServiceIntegrationTest to use JUnit Rules properly.
This class might be a template for future use of Rules. We'll see...
