66c95d5dce Create a transaction for a write when the current content channel is not writable.

a2a543684b Refactoring of the pseudo file/desktop action code to allow use by AVM and repo filesystem drivers. 
Added virtualization view to the AVM filesystem driver that shows all stores and versions using a single
shared filesystem.

d12551d5cc Lookup caching is working. It's fairly heavy handed in its invalidation 
strategy, but seems to give a 10-20% performance boost.

a65d2952fc Added the AVM share mapper to allow mapping read-only shares to any version of a store. 
Added the <avmAllStores/> configuration tag to add shares for all stores, connected to the head version of the store.

b2f9df29d1 Humongous merge. It is incomplete, however; faces-config-navigation.xml and ClientConfigElement 
were both beyond me, and are just the raw conflict merge data.  If Kev can't figure out how they should
go together by tomorrow AM (for me) I'll dig back in.

35f3eda32f Changed DCE/RPC Server and Workstation services to always report the server version as NT 5.1, 
reporting the older caused some weird problems once the filesystem was set to NTFS.

07e63009ff Fixed bug in the disk sizing, the share was showing up as an 80Mb disk, it now shows up as an 80Gb disk.

00c36aab57 If Winsock based NetBIOS code is selected on 64bit Windows then switch it back to the older 
Netbios() API code and output a warning.
Remove unused import in X64.

fe6fec12bc Added code to detect if running on 64bit Windows to the Win32NetBIOS static initializer method and load the appropriate DLL. 
Added the X64 utility class, currently just has a method for detecting 64bit Windows.

7673bd086d When NT dialect is negotiated with the client the SMB response flags and flags2 fields were not being 
set. If the client set the extended security flag the server would indicate it supports extended security.
The flags and flags2 values are now set in the response. (AR-426).

3f6cff061e Added checks to the NetBIOS name server config/startup to make sure the server has at least one valid local IP address. 
Linux often defaults the local host name to the 127.0.0.1 address which causes problems with name lookups.
(Fixes AR-422)

be2837cc0f Simplified configuration of ServerConfiguration bean for CIFS, FTP, etc. 
It is now possible to extend and replace specific sections of the file-servers.xml config file.

cc503b2ac8 Added guest account support to the CIFS server. Refactored authenticator code and moved 
common code down into the base class.
Added configuration value to control if unknown users should be mapped to the guest account.
Fixed a couple of uncaught access denied exceptions in the CIFS protocol handler.

385d11b33a Added guest user support to FTP server/filesystem authenticator. Changed authentication to use the standard authentication classes so FTP should work with LDAP and Kerberos setups. 
Fixed server session transaction rollback problem.
