0f9076fad3 Office 2003 wrap-up. Final fix for AWC-1346 (hard-coded Company Home string). 3-in-1 add-ins installer. Common registry settings. Installer fixes for Excel and PowerPoint add-in.

e10fb4c065 Pop-up info message panel for Checkin Checkout actions with info for the user. Panel fades away after a short time if not closed.

802a38fb73 Split of MyWebForms portlet into MyWebForms and MyWebFiles portlets 
- Improvements from UI review from Linton
 - High and click action in MyWebFiles (as per UI review)
 - Lock icon for locked items
 - Hide Edit action if item is in workflow or user does not have access to the lock
Scrollbar CSS colours added to portlets
Added new portlet to portlet.xml defs and as a new dashlet JSP+config
Updates to MyTasks portlet

f963fdb54d Remapping of UI webscripts (portlets) to /ui/servicename style URL mapping. 
All portlet webscripts tested in My Alfresco Dashboard and Liferay portal.

4ede480475 - Web Script Runtime now takes ServiceRegistry in constructor (not an explicit ever growing list of services) 
- default status templates now include Alfresco server information & time of error for diagnostic purposes
- template url.match does not include service context anymore e.g. /alfresco/service/api/path/ is now just /api/path/
- added Retrying Transaction Helper to Service Registry

1be49d2679 Webscript JSR-168 Portlet runtime fixes for webscript url generation client-side function and url argument decoding. 
JSR-168 portlet webscripts now use different service url - /168service/...
UI improvements to pop-up dialogs in portlets - now draggable and position now relative.
