Removed calls to getXXXPaths().
Changed mappings of properties and aspects on AVM Nodes to
favor get all calls.
Added getAspects() and getNodeProperties() which take
AVMNodeDescriptors.
Used these in AVM Indexing to reduce the number of redundant full lookups.

This seems to make indexing a bit quicker, and at least doesn't make other things
slower. Bulk import now just sucks; it used to be an order of magnitude suckier.
98% of that is due to Andy's recent changes.

Not tested at all yet, but the code & essential algorithm is all there.
Switched off for now to avoid exposing others to potential havoc
until some basic sanity checking is done. Seemingly pretty close.

Everything but that code that will bring virtualized staging archives up & apply diffs to href validity info.
Handles abort(), filters junk, graceful start/stop, etc. Not usable yet, but soon (assuming no gaping bugs).

The following filename is valid now: "x ¬ £ % & + ; x.txt"
This was a restriction imposed by WebDAV, but the encoding of the repsonses is working well and these restrictions be removed as a result.
Fixed AR-1281: WebDAV upload was assigning incorrect encoding
I added a bean 'charset.finder', which can be fetched from the MimetypeService.
Various pluggins now exist to decode a stream and figure out what the encoding is.
WebDAV and CIFS/FTP are now hooked into this so that they guess a little better.
Fixed others:
Added retrying transactions to WebDAV.
Read/write transactions for WebDAV.

Added new variant of hasAccess() method to AVMLockingService to support the case where you already have the NodeRef of the webproject available (improves performance by removing the need to perform a lucene search to locate the webproject node).

A wrapper around AVMService which knows aboout locking. It works
by auto-locking on write operations or throwing an AVMLockingException
if the requested target is already locked to another user or to a
different store in a web project.
It is wired up as avmLockingAwareService, AVMLockingAwareService, and
indexingAVMLockingAwareService. It isn't hooked into anything
else yet.

Added APIs to allow broken links due to deletions & new/modified files in a
workflow to be detected via sync service (differencing). Not configured
as transactions yet, nor has much testing been done, but things are starting
to shape up. Now also detecting broken IMG tags (as well as A tags).
Also, the linkvalidation service now has its own file extension excluder bean.
Eventually the old APIs will go away, but I'm leaving them in there for
now to make life simple.

Added new aspect definition to support Webscript custom views.
Web context path (i.e. /alfresco) is now automatically prefixed onto webscript urls specified in JSF runtimes.
Modified the existing webscript dashlet JSPs to remove the hardcoded /alfresco path.

The write streams are closed outside of the call to the service, so these will depend on the outer transaction's read/write state.
The ContentHitsAspect was firing in-transaction. This now queues the count increment to processing after the transaction completes.

Minor fixup to excluder regex in avm-services-context.xml.
Added excluder to LinkValidationServiceImpl.
Prep to walk difference using SyncService (getting ready for incremental update of link validation tables).
