- added WebStudioPreviewURIService and a -context.sample file to enable Web Studio as a preview server for WCM (this is not enabled by default)
- lots of updates to components in app library (to be renamed samples)

- made the inline text editing page the default page in create content wizard
- dialog and wizard config is now global
- fixed problem with create content wizard action
