For some reason, when run under eclipse, the link validation service
context file isn't needed, and tests can run fine without it. However,
when run under ant, if it isn't included in the core context, then tests
using the minimal application context break. So, move it to the
core context.

Major overhaul to the ThumbnailDefinition - RenditionDefinition conversion code.
Removed the imported rendition definitions acp, replacing it with the original rendering_actions_space xml.

Added a boolean parameter to execute all rules action which traverses all child folders and executes all their rules too. This should be used with caution as it it potentially expensive.

- the actioned upon node is the node that has the rules
- the rule nodes are provided as a multi-value property (list of node refs) and then reordered in the order found on the list
- additional existance checks where added to the link/unlink actions

I've moved the context.xml import I added from application-context-core.xml to minimal-context.xml.
The net effect is that I have not changed application-context-core.xml which is used in running the server and I have added a context import to minimal-context.xml which is used in running some unit tests.

The failure seemed to be due to there being no linkValidationService bean available in the minimal-context.
So I have added the linkvalidation-service-context as an imported context to application-context-core.xml.

- audit.useNewConfig=false is now the default setting and has a new meaning
- In this mode, audit information is broadcast to BOTH the old and new audit configuration, meaning that e.g. you can enjoy new RM and CMIS auditing capabilities whilst still retaining compatibility with your old audit configuration
- When audit.useNewConfig=true only the new config/alfresco/audit/*.xml configuration will be used exclusively. NOT config/auditConfig.xml.
- Note that auditing is still switched off by default and must be switched on with audit.enabled=true
- You can switch on and off individual applications in the new config using
- audit.repository.enabled
- audit.cmischangelog.enabled
- audit.dod5015.enabled
- Simple!
