Was actually caused by an underlying change to the type of ContentData object being returned, an explicit method has now been added to ContentData to retrieve the data required by the forms service rather than (wrongly) relying on the format of toString().

- NTLM/Kerberos, Tomcat/JBoss5 and JSF client now play nicely on session timeout and display the correct configured page on first login.

- A 'dataKeyName' property has been added to the field definition to point to the corresponding data
- FormProcessors can now return a submission url to use on the client
- FormProcessors are now responsible for returning a sensible URL to represent the 'item' being processed
