babb03bdf0 - cleanup of create form configure rendering engines step 
- first pass at starting the workflow from create content.  i'm able to start a workflow with parameters collected by the create website wizard.  however, i'm not able to associate files with the workflow yet due to some problems with the workflowservice.  i'll wait until word from britt or dave before continuing on this.
- making usage of workflowdefinition.id the key for workflows across the model since getWorkflowDefinitionByName isn't as reliable as getWorkflowdefinitionById for some reason
- adding FormProcessor back in; looks like it got removed in a merge.
- fixing localized strings in configure rendering engines

b2f9df29d1 Humongous merge. It is incomplete, however; faces-config-navigation.xml and ClientConfigElement 
were both beyond me, and are just the raw conflict merge data.  If Kev can't figure out how they should
go together by tomorrow AM (for me) I'll dig back in.

c2e407165e Changed AVMNodeConverter.ToAVMVersionPath() to return a 
Pair<Integer, String>.  
Fixed avm.jsp which got busted by last checkin.
Added implementation of AddChild to AVMNodeService.

06df2021c8 This changes the AVM service to use ContentService for storage. This gives us, 
in theory, AVM working underneath (more or less) NodeService and ContentService.

c9e5bd6c22 . Rhino JavaScript integration checkpoint: 
- Added a new action to the repository for executing JavaScript files
  - Added script action UI to rule framework, means we can execute a JavaScript file as part of a rule
  - Lucene search and Saved Search functionality added to default data-model for scripts
  - Added Scripts folder to Data Dictionary (created during bootstrap)
  - Created patch to add the Scripts folder to existing schemas
  - Added ScriptService to ServiceRegistry bean

32990f3d62 Allow for export of all Repository content including version store. Required: 
- supporting content in ANY properties (for Content Service and Exporter)
- moving Content related permission to sys:base as type can support a property of datatype CONTENT

58d6778173 Fixed AR-435: Added system bootstrap and shutdown hooks for native executables 
- See the RuntimeExecBeansTest-context.xml for examples of how to put these together
 - Shutdown hooks are executed on ApplicationContext shutdown or VM shutdown, whichever is first
Moved native executable error code detection into RuntimeExec class
 - This affects any existing RuntimeExecContentTransformers (e.g. TidyTransformer)
Made OS search use regular expressions
 - Command search order is: Exact name, First matching REGEX, *
 - Note that * is a special case for 'default'.  The REGEX equivalent is .*

440fa299b4 Content URLs are now generated with an extra HOUR folder to handle high volume input in one day better 
Added cleanup job for content stores
 - content is moved into (alf_data)/contentstore.deleted and mirrors the live content store
 - We'll make a call about disabling the trigger for the job, but currently it will fire at 4am

976fa1a09c Fixed TextMining (Word to Text) transformer that was not closing an input stream after use 
Added checks to the Abstract transformer to log an error non-closures of streams.  This won't halt execution.

2af1438c2e - Added extension sample project to contain extenstion samples and used to test extension capabilities 
- Added contentHits sample aspect that, when applied, counts the number of times a node of content is read and updated.
- Fix to web service sample
- Prevented onContentRead policy being fired when content is updated.
