Added APIs to allow broken links due to deletions & new/modified files in a
workflow to be detected via sync service (differencing). Not configured
as transactions yet, nor has much testing been done, but things are starting
to shape up. Now also detecting broken IMG tags (as well as A tags).
Also, the linkvalidation service now has its own file extension excluder bean.
Eventually the old APIs will go away, but I'm leaving them in there for
now to make life simple.

Added new aspect definition to support Webscript custom views.
Web context path (i.e. /alfresco) is now automatically prefixed onto webscript urls specified in JSF runtimes.
Modified the existing webscript dashlet JSPs to remove the hardcoded /alfresco path.

The write streams are closed outside of the call to the service, so these will depend on the outer transaction's read/write state.
The ContentHitsAspect was firing in-transaction. This now queues the count increment to processing after the transaction completes.

Augmented AVMRemote to expose lookup that can fetch deleted nodes.
Minor fixup to excluder regex in avm-services-context.xml.
Added excluder to LinkValidationServiceImpl.
Prep to walk difference using SyncService (getting ready for incremental update of link validation tables).

Added ContentService.getRawReader to get content directly using a content URL. To access this, you need to be admin.
Fixed EHCacheAdapter to handle non-Serializable values.
Added tests for above and for AbstractRoutingContentStore.

Added APIs for link validation of links in staging and fetching
the results. Still only mocking things up by using HEAD
(rather than last snapshot), not doing incremental updates yet,
and ignoring the multi-threading arg to the update. However,
you can poll for progress via UpdateHrefInfoStatus & the APIs
for checking link status are probably usable as-is for some
GUI integration work. More to come.

- Everyone, including guest, gets explicit full rights to each new cm:mlContainer instance.
- The MultilingualContentService better permission checks against the content nodes that go in and out of it.
- Changed some of the API return values to be more explicit about whether the cm:mlContainer or cm:mlDocument is required.
- Added explicit tests to ensure that even guest is able to manipulate the cm:mlContainer.
ML Languages List:
- The default value is now punted to the top of the list.

Removed some unecessary interceptor work.
Fixed content filtering to default to the pivot translation if there is no translation for a required language.

Import action moved to top-level in the main browse screen now it is useful on a day-to-day basis.
The 'import' repository action (ImporterActionExecuter) extended to support import of any zip flavour file.
More zip flavour filetypes added to mimetype map.
Improved debugging output added to BasePathResultsMap for xpaths executed in templates.

Prep for delivering LinkValidationServcice API;
Ignore the API for now (it will evolve rapidly
over the next few days). The main thing going
on here is that now the Spring wiring is basically
right for presenting things as services & controlling
transaction boundaries. It's also possible to run
this outside of the Alfresco webapp, which makes
incremental compilation/testing much easier.
