- this component is generally used to render FreeMarker templates directly to the page - particularly useful for Dashlet pages
- now supports an additional attribute 'templatePath' which should be set to a cm:name based path to a template for rendering
- For example the simplest portable dashlet JSP page to render a template would look like this:

- so new users see the helpful Getting Started page when logging in
- this client config value can be changed if the sys admin does not want the MyAlfresco to be the default page
. Add User Preference to change the default view after login
- so users familiar with the system can change their default view back to Home Space or similar

- this only affected the template/command servlets that were using parameters and had not already logged in
. Support for 'path' argument on DownloadContentServlet
for example /alfresco/download/direct?path=/Company%20Home/Kev's%20Home%20Space/myimage.jpg
- paths are specified in a similar way to webdav path - they are 'cm:name' based URL encoded strings
- this means we no longer need to have the NodeRef to a document to download it
. Support for 'templatePath' and 'contextPath' URL arguments in TemplateContentServlet
