d0d7e61fcd Rework of Layered path resolutions that make snapshots of stores containing layers 
actually capture the repository context at snapshot creation time. 
Gave ListEntry and MapEntry proper equals() and hashCode methods and backed out 
hibernate-cfg.properties changes.  Doh!  
Added cache configuration for AttributeService entities.
Did some warning removal in a few places.

be6dd8c9dc Changed signatures of directory listing returning methods to 
SortedMap where appropriate.  Fixed embarassing accumulation of
broken javadocs.

0241371dd6 This brings the AVM implementation to the 'it compiles so it should work" 
state.  It's hooked up to nothing right now.  First will be a basic test harness 
for it, then...
