Reworked MapEntry schema for better cache performance.
Set Attribute entities to be not lazy.
Additional AttributeService testing.
Fixed DoubleAttributeImpl's declaration to implement DoubleAttribute.

Queries are implemented, and appear to work as expected. Added getKeys() method
to AttributeService. Fixed NPE in MapAttributeImpl.

Added DAOs. Attribute query objects seem to be able to generate hibernate predicates.
