David Caruana 21da34d30a CMIS Allowable Actions REST binding (part 1) ...

- add getAllowableActions()
- update getProperties(), getChildren() with includeAllowableActions flag
- testAllowableActions()

TODO:
- add includeAllowableActions flag for all other required methods
- Abdera extension to parse allowable actions
