Tom Page 23c98eaa08 RM-6141 Revert change of how a user is a member of the RM site. 
The user should be an RM User, not a site manager.  Also revert a couple
of changes that were done to make this work.

Minor tweaks to use constants rather than member variables.

FIXME: Add more info to the README file

In order to change the value of a property in "config.properties" create a file called "local.properties" under src/test/resources and redefine the property with the new value.
