Jan Vonka 7c238af116 Fix for AMP init/bootstrap issue found by RW. Also, WebClientConfigBootstrap is now a ConfigDeployer to ensure AMP config is not lost in case of cache invalidation/reset (in preparation for dynamic WebClient config).
