Jan Vonka ada7e349d6 For MySQL, replace remaining TYPE=InnoDB with ENGINE=InnoDB
- also fix for generated SQL (ie. JBPM)
- enables bootstrap on MySQL 5.5 rc (note: untested / unsupported)
