Alexandru-Eusebiu Epure c1d85adc16 REPO-3336 : Deployment: Release Process: fabric8 
Add fabric8 plugin into docker-alfresco project and configure it to build and push a docker image to quay
   add .mave-dockerignore in order for fabric8 plugin to ignore the generated .tar file when building the docker image.
