Tom Page ee8bd08296 ACE-4766 Fix intermittent unit test. ...

Previous fix for this issue changed the unit test to be consistent with the
alfresco-text-gen library, so that they both counted characters. Actually both
should count bytes. Fix the library to count bytes, update the dependency and
revert the change to the testLoad_15_default unit test.
