initial e2e integration (#329)

* e2e integration with ci

* update travis config

* try always build image

* build the app in production mode

* try to stop previous

* stop default postgresql service

* try upgrade selenium-webdriver

* disable Gecko for webdriver-manager

* use stable chrome and latest protractor
