* Tomcat deployment test for acs-community-packaging

* Remove action

* Test tomcat 10 fails

* Test with link directed to localhost:8080, with 500 exception it should be a better spot to notice failure than 302 with error from /alfresco

* Test tomcat 9 works

* Test tomcat 10 fails with non-redirect link

* Tested failure properly, reverting to tomcat9
