AVM Nodes are (theoretically) mostly aspect ready. AVMNodeService is
now derived from AbstractNodeServiceImpl to make policy awareness easier. Moved addDefaultPropertyValues from DbNodeServiceImpl to AbstractNodeServiceImpl so AVMNodeService can use it.
