actually capture the repository context at snapshot creation time.
Gave ListEntry and MapEntry proper equals() and hashCode methods and backed out
hibernate-cfg.properties changes. Doh!
Added cache configuration for AttributeService entities.
Did some warning removal in a few places.

- Issuers were using Spring init to load data. The Hibernate database auto-update was switch on and this bypassed the SchemaBootstrap.

Now the virt server can react properly when a file in WEB-INF
(such as a jar or web.xml file) is submitted to staging.
Details

More testing is needed, but the basic stuff looks ok.
Here's a list of the events within the webapp that
the virt server is now able to receive & handle properly:
o Invite user to web project
o Create web project
o Delete sandbox
o Delete web project
o Submission of files to WEB-INF
The virt server does not yet get:
o Revert events
o Out-of-band changes from CIFS (and probably never will).
The plan to deal with changes made to critical files in WEB-INF
is to have an exlicit control available within the webapp.
It does not yet handle "approved with changes" very gracefully.
That can probably be fixed over the next few days.

now this function is needed by workflow, which is in the

the right thing when it comes to recursively reloading

a point checkin only. A singleton of this class is
instantiated via the Spring config avm-services-context.xml,
and used by AVMSubmitPackageHandler.

scenarios. It's also convenient for accessing content of historical file
versions directly.

to using SSL when needed. Restructured exports of AVM specific apis to authenticate
remotely and pass the ticket with each remote service call. These required some changes
to jndi-client and even to the web-client which uses the AVM remote interface within
the Alfresco server. Oh, the point of this is that since I'm writing some CLTs, I might
as well do them correctly; we'll need the option of security sooner rather than later.

node that has been deleted in a version. This makes tree comparisons easier by
resolving the cases in which one wants to know whether a deletions is more or less
recent than another version of a node. Along the way got rid of DeletedChild and
friends including a table in the schema, since DeletedNode takes on all the work
that it performed.
Deleted two illegally named files in Virgin content.

now derived from AbstractNodeServiceImpl to make policy awareness easier.
Moved addDefaultPropertyValues from DbNodeServiceImpl to
AbstractNodeServiceImpl so AVMNodeService can use it. A fix for an
NPE that showed up in stress test.

Schema has been updated, DAO written, garbage collection updated to clean
out aspects. Also some seemingly unnecessary changes in visibility
declarations to deal with strange intermittent Spring wiring failures in
one of my tests.
