Derek Hulley d9b0b13ade All ContentService methods all use read-only transactions.

The write streams are closed outside of the call to the service, so these will depend on the outer transaction's read/write state.
The ContentHitsAspect was firing in-transaction.  This now queues the count increment to processing after the transaction completes.
